Live Delivery Guarantee
Barton Bait Distributors, Inc. guarantees live delivery of crickets when the following conditions are met.
When coverage applies
- Overnight temperatures must stay above 25°F at the delivery address and throughout the transit route. We use AccuWeather to determine temperatures.
- You must receive the parcel at the carrier’s initial delivery attempt. Refused shipments lose coverage.
- Report losses within 72 hours after receiving your package.
Refunds and replacements
For an approved claim, we may reimburse the value of the crickets lost or send replacement crickets by standard shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. These terms cover all cricket orders, including subscriptions.
Barton Bait Distributors, Inc. retains sole discretion over refunds and replacements and may decline a claim at any time for any reason.
